The Town & River Civic Association Annual Dues are payable annually in February.
Each lot owner in Town & River Estates whose dues are paid is entitled to one (1) vote for each Residential Lot owned. Members whose dues are not paid shall not be entitled to vote. Annual membership dues must be paid for a member to remain in good standing in the Association.
2019 dues were payable by February 28, 2019.
Invoices were mailed in late January to all Town & River addresses on file with the association (using Lee Co. Property Appraiser site).
