The Town & River Cruise Club had our Annual Meeting and Picnic on April 15, 2023. It was held at Franklin Lock Park South. Mission BBQ catered the lunch. The meal was exceptional. We played paper/pencil games, left right center and corn hole.
The officers were elected. Don Sena presented the slate of officers: Commodore Deb Haptonstall, Vice Commodore Donna Ray, Treasure Cecilia Bourdon, and Secretary Adrienne Beebe. The slate officers were elected unanimously. Deb Haptonstall presented the Vice Commodore’s burgee to Donna Ray. Don announced the following committee appointments: Nominating Committee Don Sena, Chair Rules and Membership Committee Ken Beebe, Bill Haptonstall; Auditor Ed Payne, Telephone Committee Adrienne Beebe and Photographer Ed Bourdon. The Board of Governors is Deb Haptonstall, Donna Ray, Cecilia Bourdon, Adrienne Beebe, Fred Ford Smith, Marge Byrne and Mike DeBenedetto.
Guest Ann Munafo won the money for 50/50 and Ellen Marra and Tom Byrne won gifts. A good time was had by all.
