Dues

The Town & River Civic Association Annual Dues are payable annually by end of February.

Each lot owner in Town & River Estates whose dues are paid is entitled to one (1) vote for each Residential Lot owned. Members whose dues are not paid shall not be entitled to vote. Annual membership dues must be paid for a member to remain in good standing in the Association. Being in good standing allows an owner to vote for board members, dues amount, bylaws changes, and any other association matter requiring a vote of the membership. Dues income allows your association to enforce the deeds of restriction and therefore maintain property values.

Annual dues are payable by March 31st each year.
Invoices are mailed in late January to all Town & River addresses on file with the association (using Lee Co. Property Appraiser site).

Dues Information

• Mandatory dues for units 11, 12, and 13: $120 per year.
• Voluntary dues for units 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9: $120 per year– participation is greatly appreciated.
