On February 18th the Town & River Cruise Club travelled to The Three Fishermen Restaurant in North Ft. Myers for our monthly luncheon. The restaurant is situated in a beautiful spot on the Caloosahatchee River. Several members decided to drive and do some shopping afterwards. Mike Marra, Ed Bourdon and their guests took their boats and enjoyed the warm, sunny weather and calm seas on the way up in the morning. The ride home in the afternoon was a little choppy, but it was certainly worth the effort. The12 members who choose to attend practiced social distancing as we sat in the open air portion of the restaurant. As usual, the food was delicious and the company was superb! Our next outing will be hosted by Rick and Pam Simon on March 18th at Mantanza’s on the Bay. Since more people are getting vaccinated, maybe a few more people will feel comfortable joining us.
